- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We were surprised at how awesome this place is. I expected a casual walk through the forest but it was much more than that. Staff was helpful, we saw maple syrup taps, outdoor winter survival shelters, evidence of predator and prey activity. Lots of amazing learning and teaching opportunities were found here. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This place is amazing. The staff is so knowledgeable and so friendly and their products are so good I want to give them more then 5 stars. I once went in to buy a brisket for reuben sandwiches I wanted to serve at an event and I walked out with not only the best brisket I've ever tasted, but a fantastic recipe, and some miscellaneous ingredients I didn't have in my pantry....just thrown in for free.
